Inspired by Mark Spermon‘s work, I set out to create a unique flipping card interaction that offers a fresh perspective compared to the conventional methods we often encounter. While I initially intended to compare two sides of an issue, I encountered a minor obstacle – my version of Storyline lacked the “jump to time cue point” feature in the triggers dropdowns.
Undeterred, I opted for an alternative approach, utilizing triggers to “pause” and “resume” the timeline. This unconventional method allowed me to achieve the desired interaction, albeit through a workaround that may warrant further updates or simply reflects my individual approach to problem-solving.
